Pika më e rëndësishme: PiP është një aplikacion që përdoret nga punonjësit e një kompanie për të regjistruar orarin e punës. Të dhënat nuk mblidhen nga zhvilluesi dhe nuk dërgohen te asnjë palë e tretë. Ato shkojnë vetëm te serveri i punëdhënësit tuaj, të cilin e zotëron dhe e administron ai.

Kush e kontrollon informacionin tuaj

Aplikacioni nuk ka server qendror. Kur e instaloni, ju ose administratori juaj shkruani adresën e serverit të kompanisë suaj. I gjithë komunikimi ndodh drejtpërdrejt mes telefonit tuaj dhe atij serveri.

Kontrollues i të dhënave është punëdhënësi juaj. Për pyetje se sa kohë ruhen të dhënat, kush i sheh dhe si t'i fshini, drejtojuni departamentit të burimeve njerëzore ose administratorit të sistemit.

Çfarë dërgohet te serveri i punëdhënësit

Emri i përdoruesit — për t'ju identifikuar kur kyçeni.
Veprimet e orarit — hyrje, dalje, fillim dhe mbarim pauze, me kohën përkatëse.
Identifikues i pajisjes — një kod i rastësishëm i krijuar nga aplikacioni, që llogaria juaj të mos përdoret nga një telefon tjetër. Nuk përmban asnjë të dhënë personale dhe nuk lexon identifikuesit e telefonit tuaj.
Vendndodhja — merret vetëm në çastin kur shtypni një buton veprimi, për të verifikuar se ndodheni në vendin e punës.
Adresa IP lokale në WiFi — përdoret nga serveri për të njohur pajisjen tuaj në rrjetin e punës. Telefonat nuk e japin adresën MAC, prandaj përdoret IP-ja.

Vendndodhja — çfarë NUK bëjmë

Nuk ka gjurmim në sfond. Aplikacioni nuk e ndjek lëvizjen tuaj gjatë ditës, as kur është i hapur e as kur është i mbyllur. Vendndodhja lexohet vetëm në sekondën kur ju vetë shtypni një buton, dhe asgjë nuk regjistrohet mes dy veprimeve.

Leja që kërkohet është "Kur përdoret aplikacioni" — ajo më e kufizuara që e bën punën.

Çfarë nuk mbledhim kurrë

Aplikacioni nuk ka qasje dhe nuk mbledh: kontaktet, fotografitë, mesazhet, historikun e shfletimit, identifikues reklamash, të dhëna shëndetësore apo financiare. Nuk ka reklama, nuk ka analitikë të palëve të treta dhe nuk ka shitje të të dhënave — sepse nuk ka fare palë të treta.

Puna pa internet

Nëse mbeteni pa lidhje, veprimi ruhet i koduar në vetë telefonin tuaj dhe dërgohet te serveri i punëdhënësit sapo lidhja kthehet. Deri atëherë nuk shkon askund.

Të drejtat tuaja

Meqë të dhënat i ruan punëdhënësi juaj, kërkesat për qasje, korrigjim ose fshirje bëhen tek ai. Zhvilluesi nuk ka qasje në to dhe nuk mund t'i ndryshojë.

Fëmijët

Aplikacioni është mjet pune dhe nuk u drejtohet personave nën moshën 16 vjeç.

Privacy Policy — PiP (English)

Key point: PiP is a workforce time-attendance app. The developer collects no data and there are no third parties. All information goes only to your employer's own server, which they own and operate.

Who controls your data

The app has no central server. On first use, you or your administrator enter your company's server address. All communication happens directly between your phone and that server. Your employer is the data controller; questions about retention, access, or deletion should go to them.

What is sent to your employer's server

Username — to identify you at sign-in.
Attendance events — clock-in, clock-out, break start and end, with timestamps.
Device identifier — a random code generated by the app so your account cannot be used from another phone. It contains no personal data and does not read any hardware identifier.
Location — captured only at the moment you tap an action button, to verify you are at the workplace.
Local Wi-Fi IP address — used by the server to recognise your device on the work network. Phones do not expose their MAC address, so the IP is used instead.

Location — what we do not do

There is no background tracking. The app never follows your movement during the day, whether open or closed. Location is read only in the second you tap a button, and nothing is recorded in between. The permission requested is "While Using the App" — the most limited one that works.

What we never collect

No contacts, photos, messages, browsing history, advertising identifiers, health or financial data. No ads, no third-party analytics, no data sales — there are no third parties at all.

Offline use

Without a connection, an action is stored encrypted on your own device and delivered to your employer's server once connectivity returns. Until then it goes nowhere.

Your rights

Because your employer holds the data, requests for access, correction, or deletion are made to them. The developer has no access to it.

Children

This is a workplace tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.
